We encourage everyone – both our staff and external stakeholders – to report any concerns about unethical behaviour, misconduct, or violations of our policies. Your voice matters, and we are here to listen.
Why Whistleblowing Matters
By speaking up, you help ensure that:

All reports are treated with strict confidentiality, and there is zero tolerance for retaliation against those who report in good faith.
What You Can Report
If you notice any of the following, we encourage you to report it:
• Fraud or corruption
• Misuse of resources
• Harassment, discrimination, or abuse
• Conflicts of interest
• Policy or procedural breaches
• Ethical violations

How to Report
To ensure confidentiality and impartiality, we use Adili Africa as an external whistleblowing provider. You can securely report your concerns using the methods listed below.

Follow-Up and Transparency
Once a report is made:
1. You will receive an acknowledgment of your report (if contact details are provided).
2. The report will be reviewed and investigated.
3. Actions taken will depend on the findings, with corrective measures implemented where necessary.
